Diese Abschlussarbeit war Teil des Projektes "Standardentwicklung Besuchermonitoring".
The thesis analyzes visitor flows in the Black Forest National Park. The goal was to test three hypotheses which were proposed by rangers of the park. Firstly, if the routes in the park are differently weather sensitive. Secondly, if weekdays are differently weather sensitive and thirdly, if the number of visitors increases after bad weather. To test these hypotheses multiple linear regression models were used. It was tested if visitor variation between the routes (and the weekdays) were significantly different according to F-tests. The results provide evidence in favor of the first two hypotheses that the routes and weekdays are differently weather sensitive. The third hypothesis could not be proven. The thesis is interesting for staff of the national park for planning resources and for scientists who aim to analyze flows of passerby in form of count data measured by counting barriers.
